RESUME

EXPERIENCE

Nuclear Engineer Co-op

Bruce Power

Kincardine, ON

September 2025 - Present

As a Nuclear Engineer Co-op at Bruce Power, I support Major Component Replacement activities on Unit 4 by contributing to tooling design, retube platform integration, and reactor-vault planning. I collaborate with contractors and engineering teams, coordinate work orders, and help streamline project timelines. My work focuses on creating practical, reliable tooling solutions that reduce critical path duration and improve execution efficiency.

Industrical Automation Co-op

ATS

Cambridge, ON

January - April 2025

I authored the systems-level Design Plan for the Pickering refurbishment and supported automated tooling development. I troubleshot critical-path failures in robotic workflows, introduced redundancy to improve reliability, and performed mechanical and structural calculations for specialized inspection equipment. The role strengthened my ability to design dependable systems, move quickly through technical problems, and contribute to hardware-focused teams

Overhead Lines Technician

Kinectrics

Etobicoke, ON

January - April 2024

At Kinectrics, I worked in the High Voltage Lab supporting overhead line testing and hardware development. I created ASME-compliant technical drawings, designed high-load Creep Test fixtures in SolidWorks, and designed prototype components for an ultrasonic sensor project. I also operated LabVIEW-based control systems during thermo-mechanical testing, giving me hands-on experience with real hardware, instrumentation, and safety-critical workflows. This role strengthened my practical design skills and my ability to work confidently in demanding, high-energy test environments

EDUCATION

BASc in Mechanical Engineering

University of Waterloo

Waterloo, ON

2023 - 2028

I approach engineering from first principles, focusing on understanding the fundamentals and applying them through real projects. I also compete as a varsity track athlete and work with Formula Electric, bringing discipline and momentum into both athletics and engineering.
