Offroad Bumper

Designed and fabricated a high-strength off- road front bumper using 3/16" steel plate, waterjet-cut for precision fitment and reduced heat-affected zones. Components were welded and professionally coated in LINE-X to resist corrosion, abrasion, and harsh environmental exposure. The bumper features a standard winch mounting pattern and integrated LED lighting, electrically tied into the vehicle’s OEM fog-light controls for seamless functionality.
The structure bolts directly to the vehicle’s factory frame horns using existing attachment points, maintaining OEM crash geometry and avoiding chassis modification. Load path design and reinforced mounting support a 10,000-lb recovery rating, balancing strength, manufacturability, and clean automotive aesthetics ideal for overlanding, trail use, and daily driving.
