Produced detailed manufacturing drawings for a machined FME-compliant camera housing, designed for integration with the end fitting of a nuclear fuel channel. The assembly required precise dimensional control, tolerance definition, and motion-constraining features to ensure stable, repeatable positioning during in-channel inspection.

The design prioritized contamination prevention, reliable alignment, and tool survivability in constrained reactor environments. Collaboration with machinists, inspectors, and system engineers informed material selection, threading standards, datum strategy, and assembly clearances. The final drawing package enabled efficient fabrication, predictable fit-up, and accurate visual inspection of fuel channel geometry and condition.
