Fabrication

Hands-on experience designing, sourcing, and fabricating mechanical components across multiple projects. Work includes developing fully dimensioned manufacturing drawings, specifying materials and tolerances, and coordinating waterjet-cut, milled, turned, and sheet-metal parts with local machine shops and suppliers. Fabricated assemblies using welding, grinding, tapping, and hardware integration, followed by protective finishing such as powder coat or LINE-X.
